From the moment the package leaves the WeActive offices and is transferred to Israel Post - the responsibility for handling and ensuring the package arrives safely at its destination - applies only to Israel Post.
"WeActive" has no control and/or responsibility over the conduct of Israel Post, customer service, and the schedules for the arrival of packages via this means.
Despite this, we will help and handle any delay/loss of a package with Israel Post and ensure that the customer receives the product to their complete satisfaction. With us, you can be sure that you will receive full service regarding couriers.
**Shipping by registered mail in accordance with Israel Post policy. Shipping details and tracking number will be sent to you via email. A note/message with package receipt details will be sent to you by Israel Post.
***Delivery by courier to your home takes approximately 4 business days, depending on the courier company.
Returns
Products purchased from us can be returned up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, in new condition, in the original packaging, without being worn and/or used in any way.
The return to our offices will be made via registered mail only. Please update WeActive with the tracking number in any way convenient for you (phone/email/message).
You can receive a refund (depending on the payment method used to purchase the items) by crediting the item for a future purchase or exchanging it for another product – depending on your choice. (The credit will be made after receiving the product at our office).
Please note – shipping costs for the returned item are at the customer's expense.
